Ring Settings and Voice Notifications

Overview

How to set Ring settings and Voice Notifications using the CICSO Self Care Portal.

Instructions

First Access the Self Service Web Portal

  • https://cucm01.central.edu/ucmuser (Firefox works the best in Windows and only works on Macs)
  • Select the Advanced button
  • Click the link Proceed to cucm01.central.edu (unsafe)
  • Enter your Central College username and password (not email address)

Set Ring settings

  1. Select the Phones tab across the top
  2. Select Phone Settings > Ring Settings
  3. Under When I’m on a call select and When I’m not on a call select how you want the phone to respond

Set Voice Notifications

  1. Select the Phones tab across the top
  2. Select Phone Settings > Voicemail Notification Setting
  3. Select how you want the phone to respond when you receive a voicemail
