Employees with a desk phone have access to Voicemail and phone options directly from the phone or through the web. Through these options the user can... 

  1. Forward the phone to Voicemail or another phone
  2. Change the PIN number
  3. Access Voicemail options and settings
  4. Change Ring settings and voice notifications
  5. Setup Speed Dial
