Microsoft Teams Calling/Phone Services

Description

The Calls app in Teams allows users to originate calls to other Teams users, view call history, and access voicemail that is automatically set up for all Teams users 

In order to report a calling issue, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Phone/accessory type
  2. Phone extension or number
  3. Type of call (inbound/outbound/transfer)
  4. Description of issue (could include missing dial tone, call quality issues, problems with headsets)
  5. Any error messages received
