Overview
How to set Ring settings and Voice Notifications using the CICSO Self Care Portal.
Instructions
First Access the Self Service Web Portal
- https://cucm01.central.edu/ucmuser (Firefox works the best in Windows and only works on Macs)
- Select the Advanced button
- Click the link Proceed to cucm01.central.edu (unsafe)
- Enter your Central College username and password (not email address)
Set Ring settings
- Select the Phones tab across the top
- Select Phone Settings > Ring Settings
- Under When I’m on a call select and When I’m not on a call select how you want the phone to respond

Set Voice Notifications
- Select the Phones tab across the top
- Select Phone Settings > Voicemail Notification Setting
- Select how you want the phone to respond when you receive a voicemail
