This policy establishes Central College’s approach to preventing, responding to, and addressing sexual and interpersonal violence within its athletic programs while ensuring compliance with NCAA requirements and maintaining a safe, equitable, and respectful environment for student-athletes, coaches, and athletics staff.
The memo and A-R-C bylaws establish expectations for sportsmanship, respect, and professional conduct among student-athletes, coaches, and officials. They promote integrity, inclusion, and civility while prohibiting unsportsmanlike, abusive, or disrespectful behavior and outlining potential disciplinary consequences for violations.
