Ellucian Colleague
Ellucian Colleague is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed specifically for Central College. It integrates various administrative and academic processes, enabling Central to manage their operations more effectively. Below are some key features and components of Ellucian Colleague:
- Student Information System (SIS): Manages student data, including admissions, enrollment, academic records, and graduation processes.
- Human Resources (HR): Streamlines HR processes such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee management.
- Finance and Accounting: Handles budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger operations.
- Financial Aid: Automates the administration of financial aid, including eligibility, packaging, and reporting.
Ellucian Self-Service
Ellucian Self-Service is a web-based software solution provided by Ellucian for Central College. It is designed to empower students, faculty, and administrators by providing a user-friendly interface for managing key academic and administrative tasks.
Entrinsik Informer
Entrinsik Informer is a data reporting, analysis, and visualization tool designed to help Central College access and leverage their data out of Ellucian Colleague. It is widely used at Central College
Web Services
Web Services are used throughout Central Colleague and beyond. This will include any custom web form that is not in Ellucian Self-Service. These may include ww2, alumni forms and athletic forms.
