- Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud Apps
- Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, Bookings, SharePoint, Forms
- Report errors while using software
- Software Installation - Request software installation on Central owned Windows or Macintosh computers.
- Applications Access Request - Request access to applications like:
- Duo/ VPN
- Shared Drive Files
- Microsoft Accounts
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- Calendars
- Mailboxes
- Minitab
- SPSS
- WinSCP
