Description

ITS support for distribution, installation, and troubleshooting of software and licenses via media, online methods, and license servers.
Includes both cloud-based and desktop software for office, classrooms or lab computers.

  • Software Support - Help with Central supported software
    • Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud Apps
    • Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Teams, Bookings, SharePoint, Forms
    • Report errors while using software
       
  • Software Installation - Request software installation on Central owned Windows or Macintosh computers.
     
  • Applications Access Request - Request access to applications like:
    • Duo/ VPN
    • Shared Drive Files
    • Microsoft Accounts
    • Microsoft Teams
    • SharePoint
    • Calendars
    • Mailboxes
    • Minitab
    • SPSS
    • WinSCP
       
    • NOTE:  The following applications must contact the functional area (Admission, Advancement, Conferences & Events, Career Development) for access
      • Blackbaud
      • Handshake
      • Resource Scheduler
      • Slate
