Microsoft Teams Phones Setup

Steps for initial setup of a Teams Phone. This is for employees who have a Teams Phone (usually a Poly model). Once this setup is complete, the phone will be tied to your Microsoft account and no other work should be needed (even if you change locations).

1. Follow the instructions on the phone by visiting https://microsoft.com/devicelogin and entering the code shown which you press "Refresh Code".

2. If step 1 fails, reboot the phone by unplugging it and plug it back in. 
   Repeat step 1. 

3. If step 2 fails, select Sign in on this device using your Central email

4. If step 3 fails, put in a ticket at service.central.edu or email helpdesk@central.edu
