Access
You can access the Client Portal at https://service.central.edu

Sign In: In the upper right corner, click on “Sign In”. You will use your Central College credentials to sign in to this application (Note: if you are already logged in on another application, this step may not be needed)
Basic Navigation
Choose between Information Technology Services and Facilities Management. You can navigate to either of these pages by either clicking the button or selecting their respective home page in the top menu bar.
Other menu bar options:
Services: Navigate to this page to go directly to the Service Catalogs offered by ITS and Facilities Management
Knowledge Base: Navigate to this page for helpful articles and information for commonly asked questions (You can also get to this page by clicking the Find Answers button

Submit a Ticket
1. Request Service: Once you have made it to either the ITS or Facilities Management page, you will find information about their service hours, contact information and a link to Request a Service. Click this button (highlighted below)

2. Select a service category: You will then arrive at the respective office's Service Catalog. Search the categories and select the one that most closely corresponds with your request.

Service Catalog: A Service Catalog is a comprehensive, organized collection of all ITS or Facilities Management related services offered to Faculty, Staff, and Students at Central College. With our Service Catalog, you can learn about the services available, explore possible solutions when they are available through knowledge-based articles and request assistance for those services that you just can't seem to resolve.
3. Select a Service: Within each category, you will find service(s) to choose from. Select the one the most closely aligns with your request.
Helpful Tip: Use the search function to easily navigate to the correct service and get started with your ticket. By using the search function, you can bypass clicking on a category then the service and go directly to the service.
4. Review Helpful Information/Request Service: Once you click on a service, you will find additional information. Some, like printing (see sample below) may have instructions for how to add a printer.

If the information does not resolve your issue, you will click on Request Service (Note: if you did not sign in earlier, you will be redirected to the Central College sign in page at this time)

5. Submit Request: Complete the form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
6. Once you submit a request, you can request another request, view the request you just submitted or view all ticket requests
View Your Tickets/Edit (or Withdrawal) Submitted Tickets)
If you are interested in viewing tickets your submitted tickets, click View Your Tickets on either the ITS or Facilities Management home page. By default, this will show open tickets

Once you open your tickets, you can add a comment by clicking "Add Comment". You can also withdrawal the request by clicking "Withdrawal Request"
